Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes, our products are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. Since we use high-grade aluminum, they do not contain cheap metals that typically cause skin allergies or turn your skin green.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Holidays can affect shipping times.
What is your return policy?
ETERNIUM SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:
- Initiate your return within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
- If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, the shipping is buyer's responsibility.
- Note that a $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount if returned.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.
WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE
- Items not purchased at myeternium.com or an Eternium Store (e.g., a third-party reseller, an auction site, etc.).
- Items without an Eternium Store receipt, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
- Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging.
- Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
- For hygienic reasons, jewelry and wearables are considered “Final Sale”.
- Washed or worn items
- Accessories: earrings and used jewelry
- Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

What items are non-refundable?
Non-refundable items include items not purchased at myeternium.com or an Eternium store, items without a receipt, items with removed tags or missing original packaging, clearance items, and hygienic items such as earrings and used jewelry. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
How do I join the wholesale program, and when can I start ordering?
Simply sign up on our wholesale page. Once your account is approved (usually within 3-5 business days), you can log in and start shopping.
What discounts do you offer for wholesale orders?
We offer a 30% discount for orders of less than 50 items, and a 40% discount for orders of 50 items or more.
